Can I use Concierge and Advisor together?
Yes — and they're designed to work together. Advisor monitors your portfolio and builds your Plan until you're ready to book. When your Plan reaches the Book Now state, Concierge guides the execution. Advisor subscribers also receive 10% off every Concierge session.
Does Concierge actually book the trip for me?
Concierge guides you through every step and pre-fills what it can — but you confirm every irreversible action. Point transfers, final booking, and payment are always your confirmation. We believe automated where helpful, human-confirmed where it matters.
What if the award seat disappears during my session?
Concierge includes an exception handler for exactly this situation. If award space changes during your session, we guide you through the recovery options — including how to get your points back if a transfer hasn't occurred yet.
Does Pointfolio earn commissions on credit cards?
No. Pointfolio has no affiliate relationships with any credit card issuer, airline, or hotel program. Our only revenue comes from Concierge fees and Advisor subscriptions. That structure is what makes our analysis independent.
Can I cancel Advisor at any time?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain full access through the end of the year.
